Don't lose your Medi-Cal coverage!
Starting in April 2023, keep you and your family covered by completing and submitting your Medi-Cal renewal packet.
Since March 2020, Medi-Cal renewal processing was put on hold, and beneficiaries retained their Medi-Cal coverage due to the continuous coverage requirement.
The continuous coverage requirement ended on March 31, 2023.
Alameda County Social Services Agency resumed the Medi-Cal renewal process beginning April 2023. If you do not complete and submit your renewal packet, you may lose your Medi-Cal coverage at the end of your renewal month. If you have not received a Medi-Cal renewal packet or a notice that your Medi-Cal has been renewed, contact or visit us using one of the methods listed on the second page of the downloadable PDF brochures below.
